The Harun Farocki Institut (HaFI), initiated in 2015 as a non-profit organization, is meant to serve as a platform for researching Farocki’s visual and discursive practice and supporting new projects that engage with the past, present, and future of image cultures. One of its tasks is to engage with the manifold facets of Farocki’s work as it is disseminated in different archives (the holdings of the Institut, Arsenal, TV archives, Deutsche Kinemathek etc.).
HaFI will provide a small glimpse of previously unseen material that resurfaced in the context of the Farocki retrospective in autumn 2017.

All panels, talks, and presentations in English language.
