The Wizard of Oz

 "Somewhere over the rainbow!" - a fever dream in the truest sense: A special kind of storm transports young Dorothy (Judy Garland) and her dog Toto from grayish-brown Kansas to a colorful fantasy landscape. But their earthly problems follow them, albeit sublimated with opulent colors, settings, and whimsical characters. This rainbow extravaganza about good and bad witches and mindless, heartless and cowardly scarecrows, tin men and lions ends with the realization that wizards don't have magical powers and the best place to be is in one’s own home, provided one has had plenty of surreal adventures.
