Like in his previous film Autumn, Autumn, which showed at the 2017 Berlinale Forum 2017, Jang Woo-jin tells the story of the relationship between a husband and wife in the city of Chuncheon. The visit to a famous temple becomes a trip into the fifty-something couple’s past. Across an alcohol-filled night, during which the two of them have a series of sobering encounters before the backdrop of waterfalls and snowy neon-lit landscapes, the question arises as to what has become of their love.
