Made in collaboration with the Munich police, this public service film melds documentary footage, reconstructions, and short acted scenes to raise awareness about conditions on city streets, traffic regulations, crime, and law enforcement services. The result is an amazingly entertaining film that, despite its very local scope, was seen far afield from Munich and even screened abroad.
