In the film series in conjunction with the children's exhibition "In the Jungle" (4th floor of the Filmhaus), the Deutsche Kinemathek – Museum für Film und Fernsehen presents the animated film KLEINER DODO (Ute von Münchow-Pohl, Thilo Graf Rothkirch, GER 2007, Feb. 27). Dodo is a cheeky, curious orang-utan, who one day finds a "doodah" in the jungle. Darwin, an odd but widely traveled orang-utan (voice of Mario Adorf) immediately recognizes that it's a musical instrument, a violin. With Darwin's help, Dodo gets more and more sounds out of the instrument and causes a stir in the jungle. Even his strict parent can't stop Dodo's enthusiasm and his friendship with Darwin.
