Rising Stars Falling Stars – Presented by Vaginal Davis

Miss Davis will be dedicating her August program to Wieland Speck. ANDERS ALS DIE ANDEREN (Different From The Others, Richard Oswald, 1919) is regarded as the first German film about homosexuality. It was banned by the censors at the time and has only survived as a fragment of an uncut version from 1927. Eunice Martins will be accompanying the film on the piano. (August 20)
