Since his cinema debut Dicke Mädchen, Axel Ranisch has always shot without a script, with the characters of this television crime thriller also being developed together with the actors of the Ludwigshafen Tatort team and the non-professional actors of the Hemshofschachtel amateur theatre. BABBELDASCH is being shown as a preview in collaboration with SWR to celebrate the 1000th Tatort episode as part of the Filmspotting series, which thus makes an outing into the television museum: the special exhibition "1000 Tatorts" opens there on October 31.
