This year too, a class at the Liebfrauen Catholic school took part in the "Jugend filmt" European exchange program for film education, which has been organized annually by the Cinémathèque française since 1995 and overseen on the German side by the Deutsche Kinemathek – Museum für Film und Fernsehen since 2011. The short film FANGEN (Germany 2017) was created for the project, which the school children describe as follows: "a class trip, but not a community – how is one supposed to belong? Two different worlds come together. A time that makes things different". The young filmmakers present their most recent film as well as a selection of films by other participants and report on their work and the exchange with the other school classes. (6.7.)
