Among the experts of the Talent Campus are this year's Forum directors Guy Maddin, Amir Muhammad, Ognjen Sviličić and Frederick Wiseman. Also several Talents are represented with films in the Forum 2007.
Forum expanded at further venues
With Deirdre Logue's room installation Why Always Instead of Just Sometimes Forum expanded openes at Marshall McLuhan Salon of the Canadian Embassy a second venue. And also from today on the installation Interzone by Anne Quirynen can be seen at Hamburger Bahnhof.
Forum expanded opens with vernissage
With the vernissage of the exposition Interior Expansion this year's edition of Forum expanded opens at Büro Friedrich on February 7, 2007, 19.00h. In the following days there will be more openings at further places.

Once again, the HomeBase Independent Lounge will be the meeting place for all guests and friends of independent cinema of all Berlinale sections.
César Nomination for "Là-bas"
The French Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma has nominated Là-bas for the César as best documentary film. The Forum presented Chantal Akerman's film in 2006 as a world premiere.
Overall Best First Feature Award (Update)
The 2006 introduced Best First Feature Award will encompass Forum films as well at the upcoming Berlinale. In this year's Forum program six debut feature films are nominated.
Forum expanded: Cinema Beyond its Boundaries
Video art, experimental and underground films: Once again the area where film and art intersect finds its place at the Berlinale. Called into being in 2006, Forum expanded serves the critical commentary and expansion of cinematography.
Oscar Nomination for "My Country, My Country"
My Country, My Country by Laura Poitras, which had its world premiere in the Forum 2006, was nominated by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science for the Oscar as best documentary feature.
