THE BASIS OF MAKE-UP
Cinema Talk with Heinz Emigholz, Show at the exhibition "Die Basis des Make-Up"
At the Berlinale in 1984 the first film from the series The Basis Of Make-Up by Heinz Emigholz had its premiere, in 2001 the second one followed, and in 2005 the third. All three films will be continuously shown in the exhibition "Die Basis des Make-Up" at Hamburger Bahnhof. The films provide the occasion for a performative reading by Hubert Bächler, Oliver Broumis, Susanne Sachße, and Heinz Emigholz from his book "Das schwarze Scham-Quadrat", which is based on the texts exhibited in notebooks.
